I was a bit underwhelmed by this documentary. A lot of that has to with the fact that Everly Brothers aren't really "my thing." Don't get me wrong, I can definitely appreciate their harmonies. The type of music they created just doesn't do a lot for me. Still, it is interesting to hear people like Keith Richards and Art Garfunkel talk about these guys. Those type of interviews make up a lot of this documentary. There are also some old interview clips with the brothers themselves, live clips and things like that. It tends to focus more on the hits than anything else, sometimes getting tnto the actual mechanics of the songs. All in all, fans of the band should probably find plenty to enjoy here. There is a second DVD of concert footage. That's quite old, in black and white and the sound quality leaves something to be desired. Still, that is a bonus, and the documentary is the feature.
