I Feel It (Feat. Alejandro Brooks) (Digital Single)

Review by Gary Hill

This is a lot of fun. It’s high energy. It’s electronic and modern pop oriented. At the same time, there are organic elements and world music leanings.

This review is available in book format (hardcover and paperback) in Music Street Journal: 2016  Volume 2 at lulu.com/strangesound.

Track by Track Review
I Feel It

Some of the percussion is a bit too synthesized for me, and the whole thing has a bit of an over-produced air to it. Still, the groove works well, and the song is a toe-tapper. The electronic jamming part definitely suffers from the over-production and goes on too long.

(Editor's Note - Music Street Journal is set up for the allocation of albums, not singles - particularly not one-song singles. So, in the instances, like this one, where we've covered single song releases, we've had to make some adaptations for formatting. In the case of this one, just imagine both track review and overall review reading as one set of copy. )
