Firefall

Walk More Softly

Review by Gary Hill

This is a single from the 1970’s hit makers Firefall. Since it’s just one song this will focus on the release itself while the track review will focus on the song. You can download the track at www.gogreeninitiative.org for just 99 cents and the download will support their environmentalist cause.

This review is available in book format (hardcover and paperback) in Music Street Journal: 2009  Volume 1 at lulu.com/strangesound.

Walk More Softly
This is a solid rocker. It’s in keeping with the music the band released in their heyday, but it’s also got a modern element to it. The lyrics refer to doing better as a society to preserve the environment. It’s a good cause and a good tune – so get over and download it today.
